Akira was founded in 2015 by Dustin Walper and Dr. Taha Bandukwala, experienced entrepreneurs with a passion for healthcare. Their vision: to rethink the way healthcare works in Canada and around the world.
We started from first principles by asking a simple question: how can we embed technology into the very core of healthcare to make it better?
Today, we offer convenient care from anywhere. Tomorrow, we're building the world's most intelligent medical assistant.
